7, 16, 18 or 21: How old do you have to be?

7, 16, 18 or 21: How old do you have to be?

We live marred in confusion and certain operators profit from this confusion. The dividing line between childhood and adulthood should be clearer to avoid misunderstandings and to stop profiteering.

Airliners treat children as young as 7 as adults. Other transport companies charge children as if they were adults when they are not students. Certain clubs or pubs do not serve individuals if they are not 21 years of age.

There should be one age limit for everything and this should be 18 years of age to put an end to rip off schemes and ridiculous situations. If you are an adult, you are an adult and are entitled to make decisions adults make. Full Stop!
